Screen Printing

Screen printing is a standard way to create custom apparel. Screen printing is the process of using a mesh screen to transfer plastisol/water based ink onto a shirt/hat. While screen printing is an amazing process for creating unique apparel and hats, it is generally reserved for larger quantity orders. At Griffiti, our minimum order quantity for screen printing shirts one color shirts is fifteen pieces. For multicolor shirts our minimum is thirty six pieces. Our minimum for screen printed hats is forty eight pieces. For lower volume custom products or even single piece orders consider checking out our DTF page!

Screen Printing Process

Step 1:

Select the product that you want to customize and then create/upload your unique design today in our design studio! It is important that you use high resolution photos if you are uploading!

Step 2:

Submit your order with your design placed on the selected product. Our staff will then review your order and make sure that the attached files are a suitable resolution for printing. If we have any issues with the design, we will contact you directly to resolve the issues. If you have any questions during the ordering process, just email our staff at griffitishop@gmail.com.

Step 3:

Sit back, relax, and wait for your order to be processed and made! Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a notification! Usually it takes 7-10 days for order to be processed and created. Standard shipping then takes an additional 2-5 days depending on your location.

What File Types Are Accepted?

Generally we prefer that you use a high resolution jpeg or png file, if you have any issues getting your design in this file type send us an email at griffitishop@gmail.com, and we can manually process you order. There is an additional charge for artwork to manually change the file over.
