Embroidery is a classic way to show off your design/logo! This is a guaranteed way to make your design stand the test of time. All of our pricing has the cost of embroidery built in!

Embroidery Process
Step 1:
Select the product that you want to customize and then create/upload your unique design today in our design studio! It is important that you use high resolution photos when you are uploading your design.
Step 2:
Submit your order with your design placed on the selected product. Our staff will then review your order and make sure that the attached files are a suitable resolution for printing. If we have any issues with the design, we will contact you directly to resolve the issues. If you have any questions during the ordering process, just email our staff at griffitishop@gmail.com.
Step 3:
Sit back, relax, and wait for your order to be processed and made! Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a notification! Usually it takes 7-10 days for order to be processed and created. Standard shipping then takes an additional 2-5 days depending on your location.
Embroidery FAQ
A: PNG and JPEG is the preferred file type, we also accept Adobe files via email for larger orders.
A: Yes, the order minimum is 15 pieces for premium hats, and 24 pieces for all other hats.
A: Generally, orders take 7-10 business days to complete once the order details are finalized. These details include hat brand, colors, and artwork.
A: All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Due to the ongoing pandemic shipping times are not guaranteed. However, shipping should take 2-5 days within the US.
